In achieving this, we use software supporting:

computer supported construction with CAD programs,
graphically-supported production processes planning (APQP),
construction and process FMEA analysis,
first sampling according to VDA 2, PPAP or all other methods required by the buyer,
development of control plans for production processes and products,
ability analysis and control of measurement systems and test facilities,

Various and unique machine capabilities allow us to combine several types of electrical connections, the simultaneous use of a large number of different conductors and the automated installation of housings or gaskets on the conductors or contacts.

CABLEX offers all wiring combinations, including:

classic plug-in contacts, individually or in housings, on conductors from 0.25mm² to 160mm²,
in combination with sensors and electronic components,
wiring harnesses manufactured with state-of-the-art IDC technology, such as e.g. "Daisy Chain,"
own production of conductors with silicone coating,
quality control implemented on all automatic and semi-automatic machines,
own laboratories for analysis of joints with state-of-the-art equipment,
sustainability tests in the heat chamber.

Our state-of-the-art automated plastic injection moulding capabilities provide high production capacity and a high degree of flexibility and quality of finished products. We develop and produce semi-finished and finished products according to partners` wishes.

Development and ability to inject all thermoplastic elastomers into semi-finished and finished technical products with a visible polished or structured surface and with special functional properties on our horizontal and vertical injection machines.

CABLEX is a pioneer in the production of its own assembly boards, which are equipped with a control system that simultaneously performs 100% electrical control and, in special connector versions, also the presence of seals by means of a pressure test. The control can be performed simultaneously at over 500 contact points in one beam. The most modern versions of assembly boards for high-series products also enable automated banding and connection of conductors.

For injection moulded plastic products, we also offer assembly, from simple hand-finished products to more complex ones, including plastic parts, electronics, sensors, switches, wiring harnesses, and other elements which are functionally tested at CABLEX, and are installed in the end product by the buyer.

Assemblies are assisted by semi-automated or automated assembly preparations and devices that are fully developed and manufactured in our domain.
