(vi) right to object;

PORTAL FOR THE REPORTING OF IRREGULARITIES



 

Under its Code of conduct, the Cablex Group is obliged to uphold business integrity and act ethically. A system for reporting irregularities has therefore been established. This system enables us to fulfill the requirements of the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive (EU) 2019/1937.

 

If you suspect a case of internal fraud or a violation of the Cablex Group's Code of Conduct, please inform us using the safe channel for notifying irregularities.

 

Irregularities include:

  • illegal activities such as theft, violence or threats with violence, or negligent conduct with company assets
  • fraud, money laundering or embezzlement
  • offering or accepting bribes
  • financial irregularities
  • disregard or violation of legal or other regulations relating to regulatory requirements.

The system for reporting irregularities is intended for all stakeholders. All submitted reports remain confidential and can only be accessed by authorized personnel. Every report will be studied carefully, and we will act appropriately. Complete protection of the person making the notification will be ensured throughout the entire process, and after it is concluded.
