Report a violation confidentially or anonymously. The content of the report is sent only to the organization’s trustee.

Our promise

Our organization will not allow or implement any retaliation against individuals who report violations in good faith. No one will be subject to pressure or threats, not even veiled threats, because they report a violation or cooperate in reporting a violation. Anyone making a report in good faith will be protected appropriately by the organization.

Processing of personal data

The organization manages the personal data provided to it (if this data is entered). The application does not save any data about the violation reporter, apart from details about when they reported the violation, submitted via the website. The complete contents of the report form are only sent in full to the email address of the organization's trustee. Personal data (if entered) and other information may be accessed so that your report can be processed and used by the persons responsible for this at the organization – the trustees. Any personal data that is only sent as an email is stored and processed in line with the organization's rules until the organization has a legal interest in processing the report (including conducting any necessary investigations) and potentially implementing sanctions.

Please describe the violation in as much detail as possible. Have you taken any action regarding the disputed conduct? For example did you send a notification to your superior, a notification to any other authority?

If the notifier reveals their identity, this usually facilitates the processing of the report and increases their protection against retaliation. Protection of confidentiality: without your express consent, we will not disclose your identity to persons who are not directly in charge of handling your report or question, except in cases where this is required by competent government authorities.

Optional, even if you stay anonymous. An anonymous email address or a PO box is fine. Without it, the trustee cannot reply to you.

Practical advice for staying anonymous: fill the form in a private browsing window, and if you can, not from a company device or a company network. Rename any file before attaching it — the original filename can identify you just as reliably as embedded metadata.
